My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms could have been ready for check-in sooner, but I appreciated the opportunity to change rooms. Although some areas needed maintenance like non-working lights and dysfunctional phone lines, I must admit the spaciousness, comfortable desk and marvelous beds and pillows were truly delightful. Unfortunately, the swimming pools were closed during my visit.
The hotel offered me a room that required an extra fee for cleaning, but the management quickly resolved the issue by offering me another room. The noise level was a bit bothersome, and although I was told the room had a fridge, it wasn't to my liking. However, the staff was kind and helpful, and the service was exceptional.
My experience at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were uncomfortably hot even after waiting for hours for the AC to cool down, and the cleanliness was a concern. On the bright side, the elevator and ice machine proximity was convenient for my room service needs.
The hotel room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa, accommodating 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and weed, requiring the AC to be on high with the door open till late to try to sleep peacefully.
The hotel room was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, making it uncomfortable to stay. The size of the room was tiny, and the location, while not perfect, served as a decent alternative to staying in New York City.
The hotel is conveniently located near New York City, with easy access to Times Square by bus. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but there were reports of bed bugs. The staff can be rude and unhelpful when dealing with additional fees, such as parking charges. The breakfast is basic, and the hotel promises more than it delivers on the dining experience.
